A Meeting Place

The house has 6 air-conditioned rooms, each with its own bathroom, hairdryer and television. Wi-Fi internet access is also available. There is also a communal television area and a kitchen equipped with appliances and kitchenware. As the house is located beneath the roof, all rooms have exposed wooden ceilings.

For safety, the house has been fitted with fire detectors and a fire alarm. The walls have been clad with traditional materials — stone, clay and straw — and all the furniture evokes the style of times gone by, while providing all the comfort guaranteed by modern technology.

Self-Catering Country House

The atmosphere of the house combines rustic charm, warmth and comfort. It can accommodate 10–12 people.

There is also the possibility of using extra beds for accompanying children, subject to prior consultation regarding availability and number.

Lerma and Pío Baroja

The name of the country house refers to Pío Baroja’s novel El escuadrón del Brigante and is dedicated to the memory of the guerrilla fighters of Lerma and the surrounding area, who fought in the Peninsular War.
